15 November 2006 Observatory for EU-LA Decentralised Cooperation The Observatory for EU-LA Decentralised Cooperation is pleased to issue its Call for Papers 2007. The main goal of this award is to foster research on European Union-Latin America decentralised cooperation. The award comprises a 3.000 euros endowment and the publication of the winner essay. All people interested on decentralised cooperation between subnational governments of Latin America and the European Union is invited to submit their essays. Each candidate shall prove their research experience. We encourage the participation of doctorate, masters or last year's students of degrees on social sciences and related fields. October 15, 2006 2e numéro de la revue scientifique Studia Europaea (université Babes-Bolyai, Cluj-Napoca, Roumanie) Depuis 1996, la revue scientifique Studia Europaea, éditée par la Faculté d'Études Européennes, a représenté une agora qui s'est proposé d'encourager l'expression des idées et des débats scientifiques. Des hommes de science consacrés, de même que des jeunes chercheurs d'Europe et des États-Unis ont trouvé dans Studia Europaea un espace favorable à la propagation des préoccupations scientifiques qui relèvent des divers domaines des sciences sociales. Les articles devraient être écrits en anglais, en français, en allemand, en italien ou en espagnol et ne devraient pas dépasser les quinze pages. Des résumés de cinq à huit lignes, écrits en anglais, de même que des notes biographiques de trois à huit lignes sur le/les auteur(s) doivent être joints à l'article soumis.
